I liked the storyline but the language was terrible. I think the use of language for a book based on the Amish lifestyle was a shame. I think she could have cleaned up the language and still fulfilled the storyline.

This is one of the best books I have read in a long time, and one of the best Jodi books she has written so far. Very awesome book.

She's definitely an accomplished writer, very adept at switching perspectives between characters. She has an identifiable style, but I was left with a who cares kind of feeling when I finished in Plain Truth. I'll try one of her other pieces though.
