drummergirl (USA: FL) (2010/10/05): Well, it started out on a grand 007 high adventure, but then bogged down in the middle. Makes you want to ask Dun why why why so much scenario --- if they make a movie about this book it will take 24 hours to show it! Otherwise, for my second Dun book, much better than the first, and um, I think the octopus' grand finale at the end should have been played up -- maybe with Frick getting tossed around by Glaucus...???
